The one fight though I could never wrap my head around was Hendo losing to Shields. I thought there was no way Hendo could lose that fight. He dominated, gassed and then got beat. Shields is obviously good but still shocked Hendo lost that one.

Shields has a chin, Hendo has endless perseverance but lacking cardio, and Hendo had back issues going into that fight. Shields just wore him out. Painful experience.
