Seems like the reason Woodley went first, and Bi got drafted at all, had more to do with handshake agreements prior to the draft than any team wanting them.

More fighters continue to say they didn't sign and orgs saying they have these fighters under contract... This whole thing is suspect.

Sounds completely reasonable. There's too many names of fighters that I didn't think would ever fight again and the roster doesn't even make any fucking sense if you start thinking about who will fight who.

I assumed it was because GFL paid them some money to be on the roster without having to actually fight, for PR purposes. But maybe they are a lot shadier than that.

That´s so idiotic the way they pretend this is a team sports like NFL NBA. Like stfu. I want them to fail miserably. This is beyond a fantasy concept. It´s so dumb. And all the fighters are ancient. The draft video was cringe, Breandon Schaub ? Goldie. Some Mexican woman pretending tihs is the best thing ever fora pay check. Old fighters pretending they are excited and not just after a pay check. The AI intro ? Song started good but than the rapping was obnoxious. Total fail org. Strikeforce and Afliction had compeititve talent. This is evne worse than Bellator, they think those are names, but the MMA fans know they are all washed an rinsed. Most of all this fake fantay team concept, how idiotic, this is MMA not NFL.

So, you either didn’t bother to look at who is on what teams, or you’re just completely ignorant. Most of the fighters already live in/near the city they got “drafted” to. Also, nobody has said anything about them all having to move, or train together. Hell, many of them already do, like Miami is mostly ATT people.
