Well this "national security" loophole allowed Trump to unilaterally impose steel and aluminum tariffs because of military readiness or some other shit.

But will it be fun and games with a Democratic President says an educated population is key for national security reasons and takes hundreds of billions out of DoD to education, and then declares a healthy population is key for national security in case there is ever need for a draft so takes hundreds of billions from the the DoD budget to fund universal healthcare.

What’s the wall cost? 30 billion I think I remember? Military running on 670 vs 700 billion and then it proves they can effectively and safely operate with that cut and next year 30 billion can go to our education ? (Pipe dream)
