Lol... So where are the rape zones then? It just sounds funny, "Rape Free Zones" should be something that goes without saying.
 
How are they going to keep this safe zone safe? Who will they deny entry? All men? I'm just curious how you would do this effectively without banning a certain cultural group responsible for rape increases. It's like they're trying to camoflauge this as a gender issue lol.

It said 1000s of women were sexually assaulted and that many of the suspects were foreigners. How many is 'many'?

I think the words "rape-free zone" is a bit misleading here.
From my understanding, its a tent with three female red cross workers and the police will check in from time to time.
So I guess that's more of a first responder red cross tent but for women only. Which probably doesn't get as many clicks as "rape free zones."

As long as Germany's politicians and their families aren't being raped, they don't see it as a problem.
 
A tent isn't gonna be much of a defense against a taharrush.

Rather than set up a worthless safe zone, set up a rape zone. Then when the snackbars gather there you drop a big net, seal them in cargo containers and blast them into space.
