The twins swapped places during the tournament and won it in the end.
I guess they were inspired by the movie The Prestige.

During a recent MMA tournament in Germany, one fighter secretly swapped places with his identical twin brother mid-event to compete in a bout, this is Joshua Homberg and Jeremias.

The Twin Brothers deception was uncovered after the fight concluded. According to reports from multiple outlets, the twins managed to fool the crowd, officials, and even their opponent during the fight. This happened in GMC. The promotor from GMC was complaining about OKTAGON trying to come in to Germany and trying to take over the sport there and that he was going to stop them or something along that line lol.

I first looked at the fight card and it looked like they switched during one fight.
I'm finding out more about it now and it looks like it was a tournament and they switched after the first fight.
It makes sense.
It couldn't have been during the break between rounds.
Everyone would have noticed that for sure.

And to make things worse - the "spare" brother trained for only 4 months and won the tournament by KO.

I watched the video. It was a tourney, 2 fights one night. His brother just came out fresh in the second fight. First guy is a wrestler wins by decision. He is tired so his borther, twin brother who is a striker, comes out second fight and wins by high kick ko round 1. Tries to hide his chest tattoo with the towel. Imagine he didn´t have tattoos. They got banned from something, like German MMA org something. But I´m certain they still can get fights, just not everywhere. They´re from one of the two top mma gyms in Germany, UFD. Roberto Soldic trains there and the boxer who just KOD Zhang, the kurdish one, Agyt Kabel or what his name was, he´s top 10 in the world at HW kickboxing. This thing is really low. He came in fresh and KOd the innocent guy. Not cool.
