German youths lead the Western world in support for punishing offensive speech, so it doesn't surprise me they're at the vanguard of this retarded regressive movement, too.

I actually think that is one good thing they have. Hate speech laws can be a good thing if applied correctly. For example Muslim hate speech in the UK should be prosecuted yet for some reason the UK cares more to prosecute native non muslim citizens. Now that is a backward application of the laws.

Hate speech laws are never a good thing. It is anti democratic , anti freedom , anti liberty and fascist.
Hate speech law = No freedom of Speech
Freedom of speech is the most important requirement for a free society.

I don't believe hate speech laws can ever be good. We already have common sense restrictions on speech that are more than adequate--i.e. actionable threats of violence, yelling "fire" in a movie theater type situations, etc. Beyond that, you should be free to be as hateful as you like.

Well then so be it. A country doesn't have to fit an extremely narrow definition to be ran smoothly or be a democracy. As a Democracy we should bow to the will of the people and much of the population supports or will support hate speech laws once made aware of their utility.

Remember people care more about stability and overall utilItalian means of a societY that is smoothly ran over one that is poorly ran and destroys the hopes and dreams of its people.

Germany is also doing better than the US in some areas. Hate speech laws are also useful because they attack the root problem of an overstepping religion or destructive genocidal ideology from being promoted.

Germany is the only country that has actually become more unlikable the less racist and aggressive they've become. This uber-"tolerant" pussified version of the Reich is annoying as shit.
 
I sort of understand the reasoning. I think women are viewed more as sex objects than they ever have been in history.
