Gene therapies inhibit that to increase larger muscle mass than the skeletal frame can handle , it's honestly not good for long term health ( arthritis etc ).

That's a Belgian Blue made from selective breeding not genetic engineering.

It had a particular phenotype that makes it exceptionally muscular.

It's present in a handful of humans as well and this dog.
