General Gaming Discussion, v4: Summer Abyss

so we got our son a 3ds for xmass with pokemon sapphire and moon to play with. i saw that ocarina of time is on the 3ds at amazon has it listed at $13. anyone play it on the 3ds? I never played the originl but apparently she loved it when it was on n64 so i'm thinking of throwing that in her stocking.

The 3DS remake is excellent. The graphical updates and even 3D effects look fantastic. $13 is a steal for that game.
 
Has anyone played Hyperlight Drifter, if so would you recommend it?
 



anyone see this Hexen-ish VR title








they have a none-VR game that looks like a mix of heman, Dark souls, oblivion and Hexen
 
I'm having a gaming crisis lol.

I literally no games I want to play. 2016 has been a worse year for games than it was for boxing.

I've played the hell out of league of legends, skyrim, fallout 4 so i guess i'll just wait until around 2020 when elder scrolls VI comes out (wont be coming out any time in the next few years)

no new great open world games that i have any interest in are out, (i may get red dead next year even though i never played the other ones)

Bump

Tried out Steep, didn't really like it. Its kinda messily put together and i feel like I've seen and done everything after a few hours. Was hoping for more.
 
My MMO itch is getting worse and worse yet there is none on the horizon that seems interesting. So im back to gw2 for a while.
 
Just replayed Metro 2033 on Xbox One, game is amazing and underrated. There's lot to it if you explore every nook and cranny.
 
Got the Battlefield 1/Titanfall 2 combo pack from Origin on Cyber Monday. Finishing up BF1 very soon, gonna play TF2 after. Also just ordered the deep blue Xbox one s to play on my 4k SUHD tv that I also got on Cyber Monday and ordered FFXV since it was on sale. Also playing Hearts of Iron IV too. Very busy gaming time but glad I have the options right now.
