What??? I'm a fan of Gayguard and I think a lot of people have written him off just because Hall got extremely lucky when they fought, but Jesus Christ Mousasi would get owned so badly against Jones. Do you even remember the King Mo fight? Mousasi TDD has improved drastically, but if someone like King Mo (legit wrestler but only decent MMA wrestler) could take him down, Jones would EASILY take Mousasi down at will. This could be the worst fight to make - not only because it would be one of the biggest mismatches in recent history but also because they need to stop matching Jones up with fat MWs.

I'm a big Mousasi fan but he would have no chance against Jones. Jones is a much more diverse striker and even if Gegard could handle himself on the feet we all know Mousasi's weakness is wrestlers. Jones would just maul him on the ground and probably get a sub.

Yeah a legit 1st round KO win fir JBJ. Mousasi is more over-rated than sliced bread.

Mousasi taking off has been talked about for half a decade now and he lost to King Mo even who is a 2nd Tier fighter. It's just not happening, best case scenario he stays in the UFC for a few more.​
