Two Player Co-op -
Setting -

Protaganists - "JD, Del and Kait form a quick bond... they come face to face with a hideous new threat." - GI

- Set over the course of one Seran day (26 hrs)
Support Characters -
- JD Fenix [Liam McIntyre] - Main protagonist. Son to Marcus. Lieutenant in the COG until a classified incident forced him AWOL.
- Kait Diaz [Laura Bailey] - Born and raised as an outsider but capable survivalist. Kait's mother is an Outsider leader named Reyna.
- Del "Delmont" Walker [Eugene Byrd] - Ex-COG soldier who has followed JD much of his life. Went AWOL with JD after the incident.

Miscellaneous - Juvies were designed to push people out of cover as a training for multiplayer.
Enemies move more naturally. They jump from cover to cover, fan out and are aware of each other.
Multiplayer
Design Team -
Combat Knife -
- Ryan Cleven is the Lead MP Designer [Map Creation Process]
- Splash Damage will be meshing maps i.e making it pretty
Take-down System -
- "In multiplayer, faction has its own knife design." - GI
Game Modes -
- Allows players to initiate a series of close-combat melee take-downs.
- Players on the receiving end have several ways to counter the attacks.
Human vs Beast -
- "...the team did acknowledge the importance of modes like Horde..." - GI
Resolution -
- One side will play as the new Swarm enemy, while the other side will play as either COG or Outsiders.
Environmental -

- At this time the team isn't planning on incorporating wind flares into the game's multiplayer maps.
Thoughts on Casual and Pro players -
- "What were trying to do now is treat eSports as a brand. We started that with the Ultimate Edition where we partnered with the ESL, and worked to created different seasons in of a pro league as well as an open series that spans North America, Europe, New Zealand, and Australia.
