[Ganryujima] Kikuno Katsunori is fighting in a 50 vs 50 samurai armor fight

Didn't see a post about this, sorry if its a duplicate.

Anyhows, remember moat fights? Tanikawa's big effort to revive JMMA before RIZIN stole their TV deal and flopped with what was left of JMMA enthusiasm? They're doing an event on July 23rd. In it they will have a 50 vs 50 armored fight with (what I assume are blunted) spears and swords. Kikuno will be one of the participants, but anyone in the public is free to submit an application and ask to participate.

When reached for a comment, Kikuno said

It seems super fun. It will be a real educational experience for me, and you know if I screwed this up in real life I would die. I think I'd really get to feel what its like to have your family and friend's lives on the line too.

He'll also fight a former muay thai fighter a few days later in another Ganryujima event, but I doubt too many people care about that.
