Their shoulders are the same height, Gane is holding his head more up so his chin is slightly higher. They are the same height. Gane uses his length very effectively in striking but Francis has that bullrush take your head off thing in reserve at all times.

Francis usually weighs 255-263 so his weight is about what I expected. He’s never had to cut weight so it wouldn’t surprise me if he’s closer to 250lb(full belly at the weigh ins is possible) in that cage so they’re pretty close in size but Francisco a clearly the slightly bigger athlete.

The fight will reflect this when Gane clinches Ngannou onto the cage wall and is able to hold him there.

No doubt Gane's strong but there's no evidence to suggest he's physically stronger than Ngannou who's been digging ditches since he was a child. You can only really judge that once the two are actually fighting and they decide to clinch. You might be right, but at this point it's nothing but a guess.
