Game remake you want the most?

Maybe this one got mentioned or maybe it's not old enough but Dante's Inferno was a great game. I liked that shit better than God of War.

Dante's Inferno was one of the top games of the XBOX360 generation.

I liked that game, but it had two problems I thought:

1. Too short

2. The first three levels are really great and represent the theme of their respective layer of hell in a pretty cool, unique way (gluttony being in like a digestive system, greed being in a gold smelting foundry) but from level 4 to 8 the rest of the levels are all pretty generic and kind of just look like the hell level from Doom 3.

With Kamiya and Clover studio back I gotta go with God Hand. One of the best arcade beat ‘em ups of all time imo. Love the silly boss fights, ridiculous finishers, and difficulty that adapts to how well you play it. Screw IGN for burying this game when it released. You think alien isolation review was bad? Look up their god hand one

Late response but yeah it was a good one and back when you trusted their games to be great. I think they’ve been a bit better as of late but mostly with their latest FF offerings. They still need to prove they can be great with other franchises. There actually was a Musashi sequel on Ps2. It wasn’t nearly as good but I don’t think it was trash like some say it is. Legend of Legaia is another forgotten jrpg gem I wouldn’t mind returning. Forgot who made thet one though

I would really love for them to remake the first Witcher game, which I believe that they actually are doing. That was a very cool game when it came out that is just really hard to play today because of how outdated some of it is.

The other one for me would be Myth the Fallen Lords. That’s a super cool game from the 90s that’s almost forgotten that would be epic if remade by a good team. What really makes Myth so great too is it really was one of a kind game

SSX3 and/or World Tour

Probably one of my favorite games of all time.

EA did come out with a successor named just "SSX" during the PS3 gen, but they forced stick controls on us and I did not like it one bit. Dunno why they had to ruin a good thing.

I play Riders Republic and the snowboarding is decent and fun, but SSX3 was just outrageous and addicting.



Honorable mention- Jet Moto. I made a comment about it in the Sony thread about PS Studios bringing old franchises back. I was actually serious about that...

I would like Sea Dogs remade.
For those who do not know it is a very old Russian RPG about pirates. they made 4 or 5 games in that franchise.
No magic, no assassins, no nonsense (except part 2 which was based on the first Pirates of the Carribean movie and had skeletal pirates) .
You start as a captain of a small ship, can become a privateer or a pirate, get bigger ships, storm fortresses, romance ladies at governor's court, etc.
It would be glorious if remade properly with cinematic graphics and modernized gameplay.

A good Resident Evil 3 remake. My favorite of the original games and Capcom basically shit this one out between solid remakes of 2 and 4.

As mentioned earlier Tenchu, Silent Hill, and Panzer Dragoon Saga. Another I’d like to add would be Treasures of the Deep, Clocktower, or even a new Echo the Dolphin game.
