Xenogears is def high on the list too. I doubt we'd get the FF7 remake treatment, but I'd take some of kind remaster. Same for the Xenosaga trilogy, I love those games. We could get the latter for Nintendo.Xenogears, ff tactics, and Chrono trigger. I want full on remakes though like FF7 remake.
While browsing Black Fri games, I saw for PS5, I think, there's some Final Fantasy collection of I to VI. No idea if straight or improved.I really want Final Fantsy VI to get the 2D HD remake Dragon Quest 3 got. Its among their best games, can't believe it hasn't gotten that treatment yet.
Deus Ex is another I'd like to see get a big overhaul, if only a remaster by Night Dive.
The did a series of pixel remasters for all the FF games up to 6. They updated the UI, added some quality of life features, rearranged soundtracks, and refreshed the pixels with OG artists. They did a good job. While browsing Black Fri games, I saw for PS5, I think, there's some Final Fantasy collection of I to VI. No idea if straight or improved.

Yes!!!Syphon Filter Trilogy
Came to say this. I'd like a Tenchu remaster as well.Man Hunt
That was a great game. Too many focused on the gore.. It was actually a great game. The stealth mechanics were the best. The atmosphere. The badguys were human but still scary. Great game
I'd love to see it remastered or rebooted or remade or whatever
Those aiming controls were fucked you could be shooting a guy behind you while doing a foward rollYes!!!
With the original controls too. They screwed it up with the newer ones where they controlled with joy sticks the same as any other 3rd person shooter.
Syphon filter had a truly unique control scheme that I felt worked great. The auto aim feature that allowed you to just spray bullets in their general direction while running away felt very realistic. And you could slow down and aim manually when needed, and the way you could peak around corners for head shots was perfect too.
The only thing that sucked about those games were the horrible graphics and bad voice acting. Both of which could be fixed with a remake.
The franchise holds a special place in my heart.Syphon Filter Trilogy

The first games I ever bought/played on my PSP were the Syphon Filter portable games. They were awesome. Having a console experience was as revolutionary as the PS1 versions were to me. I loved Metal Gear, but SP gave us some great action along with another cool spy thriller.
I recently saw this retrospective series on the games, good watch.
Bend Studio are always as underappreciated as their games.
Give us more Syphon Filter and of course, Days Gone 2!
