Hi I'm 16 I do mma, Brazilian jiu jitsu, and taekwondo. I weigh 115lb height 5'8. Is eating chicken, carne asada with avocado, eggs, fish and shrimp ok? Is black and brown rice ok? I can cook myself healthy meals. I really want to reach flyweight division.

Literally none of that food is harmful unless you have your macro's all twisted. You're still growing, just eat and train, hit some weights, up the food intake.

I have a fast metabolism
You need to track your weight and up the intake accordingly.
I have a fast metab as well due to my high activity level. Eating at 3350 calories a day, I gained 0.5lb weekly, then 3 months later, I stopped and it now became my maintenance, so I upped the calories to the point of being able to gain 0.5lb weekly again, which is now 3500

Basically, if you're not gaining weight with your current activity level, eating say 3000 calories, then you adjust and increase it depending on how you want (1/2lb, or 1lb, never more than that or it'll be unnecessary fat) so that would be 3250 (1/2lb) or 3500 (1lb). If for many weeks (give it 3 weeks due to certain variables) you don't gain weight, then its time to bump it again.
