It seems liek a red herring. There's a lot of room between gatekeeper and GOAT and Alvarez is firmly ensconced in that area. He's a top ten all time LW at this point. A few ugly wins and a few ugly losses don't affect that in the slightest.

i already told you, kid, i've known about eddie since his fights with chandler. He was unimpressive back then and is still unimpressive now.
