I got that wirey facial hair that likes to turn in on itself and go ingrown. It sucks, but I'm still lucky compared to like black guys that deal with bad pseudofolliculitis barbae.

I've had a couple get bad, but yeah what's in his pics is new territory for me. Must've been ingrown hairs and allowed to go for too long to get that big and infected.

That was my thought. Very easily could have been an ingrown hair that then turned into staph, especially with where it's located. His vlog thing he does for YouTube supports the idea of him having staph too, he randomly had to start taking it easy mid camp at the same time as this happens...
