That was years ago. If you watch young Khabib and recent Khabib you'll see a lot more developed technique, more savvy, more baits and counters with his grappling. He's like a chess king. He'll even counter your counters.
I'm just curious to see how Khabib mauls a guy who has been ground controlled the least probably in UFC history by bigger guys than Khabib but carry on
I like how people say that fighters "balloon up" when they are out of camp.... that's bullshit. They just go back to their normal weights, they don't all of a sudden become fat bastards and slobs. Nonetheless, there are reasons that he goes through the crying agony of cutting so much weight that he is lifeless on the floor and his trainers have to drag him around like a geriatric aids patient. Most of the reasons involve some sort of chickenshittedness and I assume the others have to do with a lack of confidence in his skillset.
Do you know how high level Khabib is? Size is irreverent unless you are going to MW and upwards.

I think 100% he can KO Khabib if it's a standing fight. Colby was able to hang with Isman standing simply due to his cardiovascular allowing him to just keep throwing n putting Marty on defense. Finally shot caught up to him in rd 5. Khabin isn't nearly as busy n only a marginally better striker than Colby.
