I can't tell if you're joking or not so I'll answer your question.

head shops = places to buy glass pipes and bongs

"piece" = anything used to smoke out of. usually glass pipes and bongs.

they fill up with resin after smoking them a while, and need hardcore cleaning agents like the "420 cleaner" to clean the resin out (resin is sticky like all hell). The bottle is directly to the left of his head in that pic. "420" is the brand name, they don't even try to hide the fact that it's for stoners who need to clean their pipe.

Just thought it was funny.
