The Gif 2.0 thread used to keep me busy. The original Gif thread was my go-to. This was before I was assimilated into a Dog, Sher Dog. I would just browse around the forums and visit the Gif thread for laughs.

She's practicing Kuzushi, the judo term for off-balancing your opponent. It looks a little ridiculous because the gif is sped up, but the idea is that you grab your opponent's lapel and sleeve, and simultaneously draw them up and toward you while shooting your hips in underneath theirs. Done properly, that technique is the basis of almost every judo throw.
