The word is “coffined”.

Pretty fun take on the typical “he got knocked the fuck out/put to sleep” the MMA community normally uses in my opinion.

So who has been coffined the worst?

I would say Big Nog against Roy Nelson. Nog looked like he was dead when Roy hit him.
