I’m sure there is no answer that will modify your opinion, but they’ve been investigating the case for a decade. It’s a massive undertaking to get the facts on the table. It’s not like it looked like Le Pen would take power in 2015.Why after 12 years of doing this is it all of a sudden worth pursuing ? If it was such an egregious violation then they would have went after Le Pen on the first "violation" but they didn't. How is this worthy of going against the will of the people and robbing them of their preferred candidate ?
This is clear lawfare.
