Anyone else who has done the things he's done, caused so much negative attention for the company, had all of the legals troubles, steroid/drug positives, etc., they'd have been canned a long, long time ago. I think Aspinall's defense isn't great. Which is why I picked Sergei. I wasn't entirely wrong because he did land first. I think it would've dropped a lot of guys, but Tom ate that and landed his own.

I think it happened because Tai is more unpredictable. Tom is way better but he's pretty basic and technical. I think Gane's defense is better than Tom's offense, and Gane's offense a fair bit better than Tom's defense.

On the feet that is. And he's obviously really sharp on the feet. I just think Gane is better on the feet. I do think he is. I'm not sure if he can keep it up tho. Will see I guess.

At the end of the day, I don't think Gane is what we thought he was. I think Tom is what we thought he was. If a better fighter wins, I think Tom.

I don't think Tom is overated and Gane doesn't suck. But I don't think Aspinall hits as hard as people think, his defense isn't the greatest, and Gane's grappling is dogshit.

I also think JDS is a better boxer than Tom too. But Tom is faster I think which may help him. Gane is fast.

Tai is a bit unorthodox so I think that really helped. You get hurt by what you don't see coming or expect, so.

This is a great fight. Volkov won but I don't think anyone wants to see Volkov vs Aspinall. Gane vs Aspinall might be the second best fight they can make.

But Gane's grappling is just so bad, such a pity too since he's a specimen. It'd be very interesting if Gane can keep it up though. We will see. Volkov is pretty underated so just because volkov was able to do it, doesn't mean Aspinall can do it to Gane necessarily. I don't think Tom will have that reach and pressure.
 
It's such a waste of a fight. Aspinall is gonna run through Gane which puts us back into Nov 2025 before he gets booked for another fight.

And it's yet another title shot for Gane.. I mean c'mon.
 
Lol I've never seen a guy get so much hype for having such a horrid worthless resume, but I guess that's HW

At the end of the day Gane has only lost to the GOAT of the sport in Jones and the arguably #1 HW in the world right now in Ngannou (which was a razor close fight), while Aspinall has 3 losses, 2 of them to guys with no wiki pages

Aspinall has some of the most undeserved hype ever seen in the sport and seeing him get outclassed by Gane wouldn't be surprising at all
