If this game is trying to be the Rocky Horror Picture Show of survival horror, its missing the horror, survival, and is just a gay game. Not even derogatorily speaking. It just throws you into homosexual (both male and female) fantasy immediately. I didn't even know wtf this game was but figured it would be quirky, its a game that's been written by a gender confused tween. Anyone who says this game is good, well, I'm not buying it. It's like all those adult games or furry games with good ratings. Can't take it seriously. It's that bad.

Star Wars Outlaws free download available for less than 24 hours

"Here's a little something to get you into the Christmas spirit: a free download of Star Wars Outlawsfor Nintendo Switch 2 is being offered by Ubisoft right now, although there are some pretty crucial caveats. The first and most important? This giveaway ends on December 24, meaning you have less than 24 hours.

The second big catch is that this promotion is only available to gamers in the UK, and ends 12pm GMT tomorrow. But if you have a Nintendo Switch 2 and live in the UK, you're welcome to get involved."

If you're a UK Sherdogger and have a Nintendo Switch, you're golden.

Now this is a giveaway. It's only worth $4, since that's the price for the game on Steam atm, but at least it's a game worth claiming. For Christmas, they are giving us Disco: Elysium.

Against the odds, and popular commercial success, this has already gained cult status acclaim as the greatest game of 2019. Not Death Stranding, not Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, not the Resident Evil 2 remake, not Outer Wilds, not Control, not even the indie little-engine-that-could academy & developer darling of the year Untitled Goose Game. Bit of a mindblower. I haven't gotten around to seeing whether it was worth all this hype, myself. Maybe I finally will.

This game is a lifestyle choice. I have never been more invested in a RPG ever.
Edit : merry Christmas to all Sherdoggers.

Yeah I might have to re-buy this on Steam too (I just like having stuff on both platforms if its cheap). Excellent and weird game. Some of the dialogue and storyline is absolutely hilarious. I never finished this one sadly, but might need to go back for a re-play.

Its so good. I just let the game wash over me like a warm shower.

What I really love it about is how you can just roll on with your decisions/circumstances like in a D&D game with a quality dungeon master.

Its been a while but I dont think there are any fail states outside of dying, which shouldnt happen more than once. There's a method of healing to avoid it, but I forget exactly how that works.

I'm normally a chronic save scummer, but I never did that in this game. I played it near launch and hear they added tons more voice acting and QOL improvements. I'll def play it again at some point.

One other thing I recall loving, outside the humor (it's really funny at times) is how they lay out conversations and exposition. It's displayed like a text message-like format, making it really easy on your eyes to follow along.

I always highly reccomend this game, it's just too bad the OG devs got pushed out.
