Dunno if anyone has heard of this but my girl got me playing this game called Once Human. It's a survival game, and even though it was created by NetEase, but it has no PTW stuff. They also have seasons that significantly change the gameplay dynamics. Even though the skill trees are the same from patch to patch, each season has different specializations or perks.

She's amazing at building houses. She also loves all the pets you can get. I like specializing in the weapons and vehicles because I'm a MAN in AND out of the gaming chair
