I don't think so, but a lot of their freebies are games that I already have gotten free from somewhere else. I have no idea what Amazon Luna is and I have capped bandwidth. I claim all and download only my choice morsels.

Just thier cloud gaming service like Stadia was, Geforce Now, Xbox Cloud Gaming etc. Was US only for a while but is now slowly being rolled out in different countries. We only got it available in March
