Browsing PS4 PSN, saw Dragon Ball Xenoverse $3.99 and Xenoverse 2 FREE! I paid $19.99 each of those two. Didn't seem to say PS Plus needed to be free either.

It was in the deals section and didn't notice anything about Lite Version. I could be wrong.

Ubisoft is aware many weren't able to login during the stream. They're rectifying this by letting you register until the 15th with your Uplay account at this URL to claim the game for free:

I just checked my UPlay launcher and it is finally there. No clue when it happened between now and yesterday when I initially clicked the link, but it did eventually work for me.
