I wondered about that nut shot.
But the 12-6 was he correct call, even if you personally disagree that the rule should or shouldn’t exist
oh....So you don't know the rules and made a thread about it. Okay.
Of course it landed. On the shoulder. No, it was not the right call, because it didn't even land and they were stood up. The right call would've been a warning. Poirer saved by the refs again!
Yes, and the elbow was a lot harder to miss than that knee was IMO.I wondered about that nut shot.

You don’t think it was a blown call elbow to the head of a downed opponent, do you? That wasn’t the call at all. 12-6 elbows aren’t legal anywhere. Guys have been stood up for throwing them at a thigh.
where did i say it was a legal elbow?Incase you don’t believe me, https://mmajunkie.com/2018/07/ufc-calgary-five-biggest-takeaways-poirier-alvarez-aldo-jedrzejczyk/2
Good news is, you learned something today
exactly. couldn't agree more.I didn't care about Alvarez or Poirier but thought it was a cheap standup and Goddard did totally miss the knee square to the nuts before the finish. The fight should have been paused right there and Eddie given 5 minutes to recover. Plus Goddard had some other really questionable calls during the night.
