Edgar made his debut in the ufc on feb 3 2007.

I just wanted to say that after 11 years fighing in the toughest divisions in the sport and having accomplished everything he has, it´s really incredible that Edgar is still an elite fighter and one of the best in the game with chances of becoming champion again.

Been watching him for like forever but he stinks , he got nothing on vigour who been fighting in the UFC since like 1997

He might be declining. Otherwise not sure why McGregor would risk the possibility of fighting him.

Never been a fan of his, but he did well for himself. I expected him to get shut doen by Shrek. He surprised me against Mendes too, although I think he came back too soon after his previous loss.

Beating Spencer Fisher put him on the radar since Spencer was the king in a sense. Amazing how the landscape has changed so dramatically...

He's still the man. I remember his first fight in the UFC against Griffin. Something drew me to him. I figured he'd have a good career, but I didn't expect him to rise to the levels of fucking awesome that he has risen to. Forever a fan of FE.

Made me a fan in the Gray Maynard wars.

That's where he got his Lion-heart moniker from.

so i’m a nj wrestler and d1 pa college wrestler that has crossed path with frankie many of times both in HS and college. we were never in the same weight class but all of my friends wrestled him at some point in my amateur wrestling days.... i got nothing but respect for the man. after all his success he is still the same jersey boy that started the game as a scrapper and hasn’t stopped. Fe=GOAT

Absolute legend.

That´s nice, man.
I´ve been a huge fan of the guy and for me it´s just amazing he chose no to cut any weight and fight in the toughest most stacked division in the sport. And became champion there by dethroning the lw goat. That shows how badass he is.

He is a true champ I started taking notice of him during the Griffin fight.
