I think people posting "OLD" is getting pretty OLD

Well, this certainly belongs in the "Grappling Technique" forum considering it was primarily a grappling match with zero strikes allowed.

I am not sure if this newly revised Sherdog has it stated but in the "Sherdog FAQs" (up until 3 weeks ago) this is already covered as a non MMA fight.

FYI: The reason there wasn't a second "The Contenders" show ? This show did 9,000 buys and around 250 in attendance. The promotion folded 9 days later.

I love watching these old fights where anything was possible. It opens the mind to how MMA evolved down a certain path, and is still evolving, and how there are different paths it can still go. Ryan Hall reminding everyone that these techniques still work.
