Watched this little gem on spike tonight

Was really enjoyable, from the beef between ken and frank and frank not going to his fathers funeral to frank finding his homeless blood brother perry living under a Bridge in Cali. Good watch

On a side note i caught myself Wondering what type negative, disrespectful, ignorant comments DFW will have to say about it bc it a) it's frank shamrock and b) it's on spike

Hopefully u guys watched it. If not have a look I'm sure it'll be on again sometime soon

Was better than expected. Both Shamrocks revealed themselves and the feud in a legit way. The feud although real was just sour grapes from Ken for Frank jumping the ship on his gym. Not much beyond that but somehow it got blown outta proportion for both guys

It was a little sappy but I found it highly enjoyable. A lot of mma history between the Shamrock brothers. True Legends.

Hopefully this sets up a Ken vs Frank PPV. Hell, I would watch it. What oldschool fans here wouldn't!?

Interesting. I'll have to watch that

i recorded the show but was cut off at the moment when the shamrocks are sitting down and ken calls frank a coward. can somebody please sum up the rest if it's not too much longer?

Thought I was going to go to sleep so I DVR'd it. Stayed up and watched hells kitchen on accident. Damn Ramsey for having awesome shows! I'm tired.

It was really good. I thought Frank came out of it looking kinda bad though. When his homeless brother reached out to him for help, Frank didn't help. He also didn't go to Bob's funeral for what appeared to be a fear of confronting Ken. Not that he was physically scared of Ken, just that he didn't want to have to deal with it.

I bet Bellator would love to sell that. Shamrocks time spent on WWE massively increased his name recognition. I remember back in the "dark days" I could never get anyone to watch the fights, but if Ken Shamrock was on the card I could get a crowd of people together.

Yeah it was really good.... I thought it may have been all about how Dana sucks. Truth is it was pretty gripping at parts, glad I watched!

I find Frank Shamrock very self-aggrandizing and melodramatic. His retirement ceremony in Strikeforce was vomit-inducing.

I didn't know about this show, but I might watch it just because Nick is in it.

It was alright. I didn't realize his first fight was against Bas Rutten and he won. That's impressive.

Anyone know where I can watch the show? I recorded it, but the recording went for 60 minutes--so I missed the final five minutes. It cut off right in the middle of the Ken-Frank talk!

Not only that, but I think he was 21 years old, just got out of prison serving a 3+ year long sentence, and he only had been training for 6 months.

Has anyone played the UFC game on Dreamcast? Frank was a beast in that game!
