Frank Mir is a Jackson Wink vet and he's calling on the gym to fire Mark Aragon for his Cyborg comments.

"It's a very pivotal moment for Jackson Winkeljohn right now."

"You either cut ties with the guy to show people that you don't condone that behavior...
or it's gonna reflect badly on a team of guys that don't think that way, that don't conduct themselves that way."

Maybe fighters need to cut Jackson's camp because there are tainted vitamins in the water over there?

A closer study of Jackson-Winkeljohn shows that they haven't really had that much success in years. Take PED-ridden Jones out of the equation, and they're not much.

They still have some big fights ahead.

Holly will be gifted a few more title shots.

I can't believe Jackson-Wink are angling for a Justino rematch after that showing. Holm has one style, and it was figured out by Shevchenko, De Randamie, and Justino. It's not like a rematch with any of these ladies will yield different results.

I think Holm might get gifted another title shot against Nunes with one victory at 135, but that's assuming Nunes and Justino don't fight each other in the meantime.

But if Justino is fighting Anderson next month, then there's literally no fight left for her at 145 except Nunes. Unless they miraculously get Rousey back from the WWE and have that be their IFW megafight in July.

Would firing Aragon really do anything positive? JacksonWink already defended his post.

Lets shut down this shithole once and for all!

I don't know anything about the situation here but Mir's comment doesn't make sense just on a logical level.

If you want MMA to become like figure skating and be completely sterile and emasculated, by all means fire this guy. If you understand that this is cage fighting where fighters and trainers and teammates get hurt mentally, physically, and emotionally and that calling someone a he is about as grade school benign as it gets, ignore it

I'm starting to really miss the days when the UFC was run by mobsters.

Political correctness has no place in the cage fighting industry.
