Frank Fertitta Just Bought a 9,100 Sq Foot Apartment For 70 Million

another loser hating on the winners. ;)

It is genuinely beyond my comprehension how anyone could see this as an acceptable way to spend 70 million dollars, let alone believe it to be desirable or indicative of being a winner. It's repulsive.

Glad I don't share your abhorrent world view.

In most cases RE goes up in value
He is a pretty smart businessman
So there is a large chance that the value goes up & he makes money on the sale of it.
In business, that is the definition of being a"winner".

That is not a "world view" but common sense

Must be nice? Congrats? Don't get too much pussy on the.... wait, no I'm sure you can afford that.

It's an investment in a large property in a strong, growing market. It's not like he bought diamond-encrusted dental floss or something. Likely it will appreciate in value.

Very strange that someone thinks investing 3.5% of their wealth in Real Estate is "unacceptable" lol

70 Million for a fucking apartment. The Fertitta's have fun with some of that WME money it seems. Nice.

And to think they were just a couple of.bum casino owners until Dana showed them how to make some real money

There is a lady that cant sell his NYC penthouse.. for the price u have 10 mansions in other cooler places. She has to lowered the price many times

Wth does that have to do with Frank?
She wasn't trying to sell his place.

If you are trying to say that because one person can't sell their penthouse that Frank can't make money on his in the future - that is extremely silly.
extremely silly is exaggerated
Who wanted to sell the place then ?
