This is the attitude of a simpleton. Don't conflate wealth with being a winner.

It is genuinely beyond my comprehension how anyone could see this as an acceptable way to spend 70 million dollars, let alone believe it to be desirable or indicative of being a winner. It's repulsive.
Glad I don't share your abhorrent world view.
It's an investment in a large property in a strong, growing market. It's not like he bought diamond-encrusted dental floss or something. Likely it will appreciate in value. It is genuinely beyond my comprehension how anyone could see this as an acceptable way to spend 70 million dollars, let alone believe it to be desirable or indicative of being a winner.

What lady can't sell Frank's penthouse??
extremely silly is exaggeratedWth does that have to do with Frank?
She wasn't trying to sell his place.
If you are trying to say that because one person can't sell their penthouse that Frank can't make money on his in the future - that is extremely silly.
You think someone buys a 70 million dollar property without hiring professionals to project how its market value will change in the future?https://ny.curbed.com/2017/8/1/16078216/pierre-hotel-penthouse-nyc-sold
from 125 million.. to 44 million, nobody is gonna give Frankie more than 70 is bullshit
extremely silly is exagerated
Who wanted to sell the place then ?
