Francis wont make a big bag even if he gets a fight with Fury or Wilder

Wow, reading through this thread is more surprising than anything I have seen for a long time on Sherdog.

Where did the facts go? All of this drivel has been debunked a long time ago, yet it is restated so many times.

Not that I am going to retype it, but there is a detailed explanation that is well-known regarding why Frank got a much better deal by leaving. I can't believe how far off the rails of truth this thread went. I didn't think there was this much Frank hate.

Edit: I didn't realize this thread was so old. People apparently flopped to Frank's side with his performance against Fury. He went from someone they hated and deemed a dumb sucker to a guy they could use to show that MMA>boxing, and scream that from rooftops; they let go of the hate (and apparently poor knowledge of combat sports institutions) at that point.

Guy who left for millions more is the duck not the guy who said I want D Wilder money or I am not fighting Francis, when Francis was on a contract and could be forced to fight him?

LOL, no wonder you keep bringing up pride. In pride everyone was allowed to roid = level playing field. In U Fight Cheap only jones was allowed to roid via a pulsin exemption sham= handicap the field. All those roids yet couldn’t man up to debut at HW until Francis fought out his contract LMAO
 
Just some whitebelt thread. We get things wrong here all the time.

I called this big win for mma when it was announced and I believe that still. More possibilites, more money, more exposure...doesnt take a rocket scientist to see why I was right.
 
People need to acknowledge Saudi Arabia changed the game, Ngannou was never going to get these fights before they changed things. Saudi doesn't even care about making a dime in profit off these events, totally different discussion with that factored in.

Ngannou knew about Saudi when he walked away from the UFC.
 
I didn't like Francis' antics when he left the UFC, I just wanted to see him fight.

Boy do I love how he stuck it to Dana. I wish him all the success in the world.

Yeah it's sad but true. I remember all these post bashing Francis while saying that if he's not ok with Dana's salary he should go back to Africa in the sandmines...
 
Dana didn't offer Francis to fight Jon. Francis waited for it but Dana denied him that fight afaik. with boxing on the other hand, Francis can get millions in every fight.
