I will definitely say the people who think ngannou will beat Stipe this time by a large percent are fools. Some fools think ngannou somehow improved dramatically although all of his fights since Stipe show absolutely NOTHING that shows improvement. They all show his same crazy wreckless punches with 0 technique, just a ton of power.
