*Francis Ngannou* has the world record for the hardest human punch

Really cannot wait for Stipe to knock him out. The hype train is just too much for me to bare.

If we're just talking about measuring how hard someone can hit a stationary pad with an opportunity to set up, I'm sure the record would be held by some SHW boxer.

You guys are weird. It's like you hate any kind of promotion that doesn't involve an Irish accent or twitter.

Ngannou is probably the only person to ever hit it besides Dana and Rogan. Who believes this shit?...really?...does anybody really think this guy has the hardest punch ever measured?
...

Who else is measuring punches? Are there numbers out there of harder hitting punchers?

It's cheap, the equivalent of "The #1 Comedy in America!" claims for every movie that ever comes out, but it's not technically incorrect.

Until someone else records a harder punch, Ngannou has that record.

I guarantee you George Foreman punched/punches harder

People always say foreman was the most powerful puncher but he doesn't have many one punch knockouts. Maybe he lacked accuracy and that's why, but his punch power is probably overrated. Look how many knockdowns he had on Joe Frazier. Frazier kept getting back up.

except ngannou knew he was going to fight stipe for a lot longer than stipe knew he wasa going to fight ngannou. thats one of the tricks the ol ufc likes to do to help give a fighter an advantage. a recent example is lesnar was preparing for hunt for 8 weeks and hunt got like 12 days. anyone who thinks lesnar didnt know ahead of time that 100% he was fighting hunt is naive.

It was kind of common knowledge that if Ngannou beat Overeem and did it impressively, he had the next title shot locked down. When that fight was over, I think all parties involved knew that Stipe/Ngannou was the next hw title fight.

It seems like I remember someone asking Hunt about UFC 200 before him fighting Lesnar was announced, and he just gave a shit-eating grin and said they had told him to keep that date open. Whether he knew who he was fighting only he knows, but he for sure knew he was fighting. I'm pretty sure he knew who it was but Dana wanted to keep it all hush-hush and told him not to say anything. That was when Helwani got his credentials revoked for leaking that Lesnar was officially on the card.

Of course, I could be remembering all that wrong!

UFC all on Francis sack. "He hits harder than ford tempo going 25MPH". Stfu Dana

yeah but do you think all parties involved knew how soon the fight would be scheduled?

and as far as hunt goes, they told him he was fighting but they never told him lesnar. they told lesnar he was fighting hunt. the rumours began to swirl but not right away. at least thats my opinion on the matter. thats how they do shit, they tell one fighter hes fighting X, then 2 or 3 weeks later they tell X that hes got a fight

I don't know what this even means. I get that they're promoting a bitch in the stable. I get that. Ngannou is getting pimped for ppv buys since the champ has the personality of a cactus.

GSP had the hardest strike ever recorded a couple of years ago. It was a kick.

If you really believe Dana about any of this...I have a bridge I wanna sell you.

Okay, then if not George than who was getting "one punch" KO's back in the 70's..Shaver's wasnt either. Those guys back then had cast iron chins

His punch is the equivalent of 96hp, which is equal to getting hit by a ford escort going as fast as it can. More powerful than a 12lb sledgehammer swung full force over head.

Reminds me of the sports science shit, like Jon Jones spinning elbows being like the blades on an apache helicopter. LMAO.

Jon Jones could have cut Gus's head right off.

I don’t know why people get so defensive. He obviously hits fuckin hard. He’s 260 fuckin lbs and trains to rattle brains. Getting insulted at the idea he may hit as hard as boxers is stupid.

so did cain velasquez, they said.... i don't think is a particularly serious scientific study. it's basically the equivalency to the punching machine in your local sports bar.

Joe Rogan should kick this machine, would be interesting. From vids he has pretty insane kicks.

It's entirely possible that you are correct and they gave Lesnar more notice than they gave Hunt. I took his interview he did before it was announced as, "I know something you don't know"...the shit-eating grin and all just led me to believe he knew but he wasn't saying anything. I'm not saying they don't or haven't done that I the past, but I think the public were the only ones that didn't know.

He wants a superfight:

Well done.

(which according to dana wouldnt do as much damage as a franic ngannou haymaker)
