All champs? Lets not get crazy here. This is a business and you should get what you're worth. All New England Patriots don't make $20 million a year and they shouldn't. If you put butts in seats and sell PPV's then you should be paid accordingly. If you're the champ in a weak division and you don't sell fights then there's no way you should be getting 7 figure paydays.
