Former Belator fighter Bobby Lashly is WWE champion

Maybe, and I'm just speculating here, the WWE doesn't have the same testing standards as MMA and that kinda suits Lashley

Their wellness standards line up with Bellator, but compared to the UFC's it is a joke.

Can't say I've ever been a fan, but good for him. He's busted his ass for a damn long time, fought off complete irrelevancy in TNA, dabbled in MMA, and made it back to prominence in the world's top wrestling org.

Well done, Black Lesnar.

Potatoes are incredible. They're packed with nutrients (if you don't fry them or slather them in a bunch of shit, but you can't be blamed if you do because that shit is fucking good), fairly shelf stable if stored properly, and can be grown in a wide variety of climates. You can have 'em baked, mashed, roasted, boiled, and don't get me started on frying. French fries, home fries, crinkle cut, waffle cut, wedges, hash browns, tater tots, latkes. Great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Don't forget potatoes are gender neutral now. There is no need for Mr.Potatoe head as it offends people.

I cook them very frequently. Most often, red and gold and purple ones, cut into wedges, tossed in avocado oil and roasted at 375 for an hour. Toss with salt, pepper, turmeric, garlic and parsley.

You guys like sweet potatoes? They are so versatile!

I do enjoy them but only once in a while as fries or pie. I lose my creativity spark with those. Any good ideas for their use?

I made vegetarian tacos with diced sweet potatoes and black beans. I used purple cabbage for a fresh slaw, but the sweet potatoes were the star of the dish! The only thing I was wrestling with was whether or not I'd have seconds!

Wrapped in foil
In the oven @375-400 til u can easily slide a toothpick thru.

Or diced and mixed with kale, cranberries, nuts, eggs, in a fried rice.

Lashley came back to pro wrestling where the competition is better and titles have prestige.
