He is 30 years old, never got gyno before, and it touch only one nipple.

I've had the puffy nipples since puberty. I know it's a mild form of gyno, it sucks but I'm in good shape and it doesn't bother me like it did in my teenage years.

It shouldn't most girls I have been with liked playing with them, which I always found weird but yeah as long as your chest is trained its not really big of a problem.

Real gyno has nothing to do with fat. It is an enlargement of the gland beneath/behind the nipple region, which is clearly his case. As a matter of fact, if its gland, the less BF, the easier it becomes to spot it.

Trust me here.

These things dont develop at his age out of nowhere.

It is 10 fold bigger now than in the pictures you posted + this isnt a next day thing.... It develops over time. In the pics i posted from 2 years ago he had nothing.... in the ones you did it was developing and now its full blown exploded.

Trust me. I guarantee thats side effect from use.
