Do you guys think that 198 can be the card of the year? Here in Brazil people are really pumped about this card. UFC 200 isnt finalized yet, but some of you guys are not feeling it as big or as good as UFC 100.
And do you think the casual fan in North America/Europe/Asia wil catch up with UFC 198, making it do big numbers on prelims and maybe ppv?

Oh yes indeed I said this was gonna be the best one back when it was still rda vs conor at 196 before it had cyborg on it . Just to many good fights one that stands out for me is Matt brown vs Damian Maia they've both been my absolute favorite fighters since pre ufc 100 so I'm a bit scared to watch this but I have to see it

I will watch but it's clear that it's pretty much UFC: Retirement.

This card only a few years ago would've been the shit.
Maia vs Brown is good though.

Yeah ... it would be one of the best cards ever ....5 years ago
Feels more like a retirement party in Brasil ... but of course ill watch

Has a bit of a washed up PED user vibe to it, but still worth watching.

Yep, a lot of fun match up even with older fighter.
198 > 200 for me.

Can't wait .

+ I'm a betting man, and there's a few fight worth puting some $ on.

It's definitely more intriguing to me because it's not chock full or rematches

Early contender for card of the year if everyone delivers. Some of the smaller bouts are exciting too, like Barbarena/Alves.

Warlley Alves is a beast, but can he survive the man who survived Super Sage Northcutt?

Anderson Silva fighting on the card exponentially increases the extravagance of the card

I was discussing this with my buddy during 197. 198 is an unreal card! Amazing fights and a lot of guys who have been around a while. Big names across both the prelims and the main card. It will be exciting. While I look forward to some of the fights currently announced for 200, this one has for sure stolen the show.

More fights on 198 that I'm looking forward to, HW title is always a big thing.

Any tips? As much as I don't want it to happen I have the feeling Miocic will pull off the upset. Don't see any great bets to make.

Kind of a nostalgia card, but 198 looks great. I"m pumped for it.

A lot of PED money has been spent in the past by the members of that card.

I dig it, its like an MLB spring training event :D
