Could someone explain me how to figure out the % of carbs, proteins and fats again. I started counting the calories, proteins, carbs and fats from my diet to see how close I get to the 50%, 30%, 20%. The problem is that I don't remember how to figure out these percentages from what I'm eating... If anyone could tell me I'd really appreciate it.

Carbohydrates= 4/gram
Protein= 4/gram
Fat= 9/gram

Exceptions:

MCT= ~7/gram (Medium Chain Triglycerides, a type of fat)
Alcohol= 7/gram

Ah yes, I multiply the carbs, protein and fat with 4 and use that to figure out the percentage from the total calories right?

fat = 9 Calories per gram doesn't it?

Yes it does. Typo. My fault.

this is the method your looking for:
1. calculate you total caloric intake per day
2. calculate how many grams of carbs, protein and fats you take in per day
3. multiply your total grams of carbs by 4 to get your total carb calories
protein by 4 protein calories
fats by 9 fat calories
4. multiply each of the products from step 3 by your total caloric intake (found in step 1) and you will have your percentage
