    Does anybody her have one? Are they a worthwhile investment?

    I've used one at the gym I used to go to. I liked it alot but it's not great for getting into a flow. It's great for working specific combinations but once your done with that combo you need to change all the arms to different places for other combos. I was using it for clinch work actually and I loved it. I had to arms on either side for elbows, a flat pad at head height for headbutts and one flat pad around mid height for knees. If you have a chance to use one, definately try it out but it's not good enough by it's self. Just my opinion though.

    It's pretty expensive. I wish they were about ahlf the price. I would get one if they were cheaper.
