Not to sound cruel, but I wanted Floyd to fight Conor the way he would fight a top boxer. I'd rather Conor get destroyed in the 1st or 2nd round instead of watching a fake fight.

Floyd doesn't fight that way against anyone. He studies his opponents first, then starts to throw counters, and finally leads the whole fight.

It's up to his opponents to disrupt this process. Few have done it... Conor wasn't one of the few.

That was actually the best possible outcome for Conor and for MMA.

Mayweather pretty much went easy on him and waited until the 10th to finish. So Conor and MMA retain their pride.

Conor didn't embarrass himself or MMA tonight, which is the most you could have hoped for.

Looking at it i don't think i liked the fact an MMA fighter lost. Props to him for stepping up to such a challenge but that feels bad...

He didn't step up to the challenge.. he called out one of the best boxers of all time and got schooled. There's no honor in this.

If Floyd would've called Conor out, and it went down like this.. then you could praise Conor for stepping up.
