Theres no point worrying about it. Your cats paws and butt are eventually going to touch every single inch of your home. Even if you try to fight it they will jump up while you're not home at some point.

Besides, people touch shit in public with their bare hands thousands of times per day. Odds are you arent the first person to touch a doorknob for example, and odds are the person before you did some nasty shit with their hands and didnt wash them before they touched it. Humans are much nastier than cats

Theres seriously no point obsessing about it. I touch a doorknob at work that thousands of other people touched before me. I dont worry about washing my hands before I eat something like chips with my hands, amd I'm still alive.
