Flaxseed and fish oil at the same time?

Would it be fine if I took flaxseed and fish oil softgels at the same time? I have a bottle of each, and have only been taking the fish oil, but I was wondering if it would be better to take them both now, or wait till I'm done with the fish oil and then take the flaxseed?
