Fish Oil Question

    Sorry if that been answered but what is the best type of fish Oil I should consume. Currently I get triple Cod liver Oil from GNC. Anything better that I should get?

    Agreed Ronin. There's been a ton of Fish Oil threads of lates that all didn't need to happen.

    Yes by all means go buy the most expensive, over advertised fish oil supplement out there.

    Just buy regular fish oil. Flameout is nothing but a higher dosed fish oil product with some added CLA.

    I spend no more than $20 a month on Naturemade double strength fish oil (100 count). Take 6 a day. Also, if you buy from Costco, they have 300 count for somewhere between $15-$18...could be cheaper but no more than $18.
