Fish oil and your throat

Super old thread and pretty random update: I started taking fish oil again (I know wtf have I been doing for the past year+). I didn't get the enteric coated this time and while it felt like it was annoying my throat for the first couple days it feels great now, been taking for a week+. So I'm thinking the pill size and or the enteric coating was irritating my throat, but throat is now adapted to these pills.

black beans have a ratio of 9:11, although your body has to convert the omega 3 to dpa and epa itself, and 20% of us cannot do that.

So this time I got an ulcer in my mouth, I think its from the fish oil again because there is no other reason for me to get an ulcer. I'm thinking the fish oil could have made my body overly acidic and caused ulcer? My diet definitely isn't very alkaline right now.
