I'd say there's like a 20% chance this debate lives up to expectations. I feel like both candidates will try to play it safe.

I decided for myself a while ago that, since this was gonna be an unholy clusterfuck, to hope for as giant a farce as possible.
We have the two worst candidates ever squaring off in a giant circus of an election and throwing the kitchen sink to win.
I want some fuckin fireworks goddamit.

IMHO, this debate is completely irrelevant. Most people will be watching to be entertained, not to help them reach a conclusion.

The founders set up this nation so that no single president can by himself/herself bring down everything. Civics 101. No offense, but it's getting annoying to hear people act like a single election can destroy us all. Basic fear mongering at it's finest. We'll survive with either of them. We don't elect dictators in this country.

I completely disagree. There's so much Gary Johnson support that has the potential to leak one way or another to completely swing the election. This debate will be yuge to garner support from people who wouldn't give it before.
