The part that hurt Trump was when he was exposed for having pushed the birther agenda for several years after it was proven wrong. that overshadowed the accusation against Hillary's '08 campaign.

I don't know what you're talking about, but I know what I heard. Trump supporters hear everything he says and it somehow goes through this rosy filter, on the other end of the filter it was all nice and everyone else just heard him wrong.

While that's true, and it's true the questions were definitely skewed in Hillary's favor, Trump handled it poorly.

People need to pay attention to the time allotments next time. They'd each speak their piece, then someone would get a rebuttal, then another rebuttal, then Trump just wouldn't let anything slide. It might have been part of Hillary's strategy to slip little shots in he had to try and answer, so he would look like a rambling moron.

That is what I was thinking. She kept doing it, and it kept working.

i read a story today that trump wasnt really gaining new voters as much as he was just getting the republicans that were embarrassed he was the nominee. it will interesting to see the reaction.

That sounds right to me. All he had to do was not scare off those timid republicans and chip away at Hillary. Instead he made her look good when she really didn't do much of anything. I'm expecting a very decent bump going her way this week.

They did ask about emails. Clinton said she made a mistake, apologized. Then Trump rambled and forgot about it.

Trump did a lot of rambling tonight I'm sure he has alzhiemers setting in probably why his plan to beat Isis is a secret. It's a secret because he can't remember it.

Hillary's campaign has an answer to that controversy which hasn't been falsified. Trump has no answer and no plausible defense for lying about Obama for so many years. Big difference, and that's why it overshadows.

Interesting, but my opinion is basically the opposite. I thought he was demagogue-ing extremely well and calmly (while still being aggressive and in time with the pulse of the party) in the beginning, and needs to maintain that tone.

yeah but as we see, he quickly gassed, he just doesn't have that much knowledge on policy, politics and statistic.

he need to put the pressure on Clinton and make this debate less about him and his policy


i think you knew trump has almost 0 knowledge on policy and most of the things he said is how to make America great again.
