huh? How does this respond to what I just said?yes, crimes can be the difference in obtaining a guilty verdict.

This is the same trey gowdy who is resigning to rejoin the DOJ because he was sick of politics almost immediately after the memo was authored? Sounds like he sure thought they were the problem.Trey Gowdy read it and felt it was very serious.
You pointed out that perjury is a crime and make the difference in whether someone there is a conviction or a mistrial.huh? How does this respond to what I just said?

I think that ship has sailed
And by sailed I mean sank
No, god bless YOU Ripskater.Clear corruption on the part of the real collusion between the Democrats, FBI and DOJ. This is bigger than Watergate.
God bless Trump and Nunes for soldiering on with the truth.
SBJJ thinks that a court is likely to imprison someone for contempt if they don't mention something in an affidavit used to apply for a warrant.

Gowdy tweeted that this doesn't discredit Mueller's investigation and that he is confident in him.
Came in here to discuss the memo, and see SBJJ taking time away from begging mods to card posters he disagrees with, to post legal theory from India to support his claim of contempt, which I can't even figure out how he's worked that into the conversation about said memo.
The War Room ladies and gentlemen.
Don't get blunders like that every dayI.am.fucking.dying.over.here.

Godzilla is real! It's confirmed. No these judges were LIED to. It's confirmed.
Comey, Yates, McCabe, and Rosenstein all signed off on the use of the dossier multiple times to obtain FISA Warrants. They should all be arrested and tried for Abuse of Power and Perjury.
I'm asking if you can explain, with particularity, what you find damning (I'll settle for even relevant) in this memo in regards to how the prosecution goes about asking the court for a warrant.
Are you capable of doing that thinking for yourself? Or do you just go with whatever someone else says? Hell, the congressman you cited bother to explain why he thought it was important?
You have no facts in your hand. Your last post was a random appeal to Gowdy, a man who has said little to support your position.Doesn’t change the facts at hand.
All I've seen Gowdy say publicly since this has been released is that the FBI used the dossier before it was fully vetted, and used parts of it after it was vetted. He's also stated unequivocally that it in no way impacts the validity of the Mueller investigation.
That's a 180 from nearly every GOP media head, atm. Tucker and Hannity are calling for an end of the investigation and a criminal investigation into Comey, Rosenstein, McCabe, etc. Ditto for Jim Jordan.
Funny how Gowdy has such a different opinion regarding Mueller than Nunes.

Fuji, Takamoto, and Toshi have all been compromised. Trust no one.
This is the resistance.
